Benefiting Our Residents
Our vision has been to “provide superior affordable housing that makes a positive difference for those we serve." For more than 25 years, we have been involved with communities throughout Oregon, California, and Texas. Each local area has its own mix of resources that has helped support families and influence a positive direction within lives. Sometimes these community efforts are done by a few volunteers with an idea to deliver food for friends. Other times, it’s an organization providing comfortable, superior, and secured homes for those who are in need.
Our program works by offering rental assistance for seniors and families who meet the requirements through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rents are based on a resident's adjusted gross income which is calculated by subtracting approved medical expenses from their income. The resident then pays 30% of the adjusted income for rent and utilities.
With a total of 1,095 units, a 98% Occupancy Rate, and long waitlist of folks wanting to move in, Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services continues to meet a need that grows every year and benefits from your support.
